These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 55bwm platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available to registered players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55bwm ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 55bwm website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 55bwm Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To be eligible to register and use the 55bwm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
55bwm reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 55bwm Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55bwm employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and all associated balances may be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 55bwm is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bwm Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 55bwm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 55bwm will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
55bwm is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
55bwm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 55bwm reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activities, or the use of payment methods belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited. 55bwm reserves the right to return deposits to their source if there is reasonable suspicion that the funds are not owned by the account holder.
All transactions on the 55bwm Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility. 55bwm does not charge currency conversion fees on its end for PHP transactions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 55bwm are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 55bwm reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe.
55bwm employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics through low-risk hedging strategies, or any other behavior that 55bwm reasonably determines constitutes abuse of its promotional offerings. Where bonus abuse is identified, 55bwm reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.
Promotions are open to eligible registered players only. 55bwm reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where fraudulent activity is suspected. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside of their intended use.
All casino games on the 55bwm Platform — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and free from manipulation. RNG systems used by 55bwm's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome or record of a wager, 55bwm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, device failures, or power outages on the player's end.
Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play as administered by the live dealer. Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results as recognized by the relevant sporting body. 55bwm reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or result in a walkover, in accordance with specific sports betting rules published on the Platform.
Any form of collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other method of cheating is strictly prohibited. 55bwm employs fraud detection systems to identify such activity. Accounts found to be engaged in cheating will be immediately terminated, all winnings voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 55bwm Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
55bwm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of other players.
You may close your 55bwm account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 55bwm reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
All content on the 55bwm Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 55bwm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 55bwm. Any unauthorized use of Platform content constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bwm and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55bwm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its services. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, 55bwm's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss, and that 55bwm is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You agree that you gamble at your own risk and that your decisions to wager are made voluntarily and with full understanding of the risks involved.
55bwm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 55bwm Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before commencing formal legal proceedings. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal forums in the Philippines.
